Fresh air in the pit - inspect pits safely
Descending into the depths is dangerous. Large quantities of CO2 can be released due to pressure changes in wells and in ventilation shafts. Concentrations of more than 5 vol.% CO2 in the air a person breathes can lead to clouding or loss of consciousness or death. Faulty gas pipelines near a pit or shaft are also dangerous. In narrow shafts, natural ventilation is insufficient. For this reason, providing for a supply of clean, fresh air is important before entering the shaft.
SEWERIN FLIS is a safe solution.
